Contact/Lead Life Cycles

From an admin or manager point of view....being able to see the life cycle of a lead would be of great value. So if a lead/contact comes in or is entered and it is assigned to agent A (who specializes in sales) and they want a rental....agent A can transfer that contact/lead to agent B (who specializes in rentals).....The history of these transfers from one agent to another and when it occurred would help with a variety of issues. Accountability....referrals owed to whom....timeliness issues....etc etc....
