To add a Community Type, visit your dashboard and choose Communities > Type

Enter the name of your Community Type in the Name section. Then enter a slug name for your Community Type in the Slug section. A slug name must be all lowercase and contain only letters, numbers, and hyphens. If you leave the Slug field blank, your site will create a slug name for your Community Type.  You do not need to enter a description for the Community Type; the description field will not appear on your site.  Press the Add New Type button once you have entered a name for your Community Type.

Your Community Type should now appear on the list of Community Types on the right side of the page.

You can enter anything you want for Community Types, such as Golf Course, Beach Front, Gated, No HOA Fees, etc.
