Adding Custom Fields
To add a custom field in your Lead Details,
Log into your CRM
Select the Settings Tab which appears beneath "Profile" (in the upper right corner of CRM)
If you have Admin Privileges, you'll see an "Add Custom Field" tab ... click this
On new screen, give the custom field a Label title by entering such in field at bottom of page.
After typing in Label title... click the "Text" tab in the bars at top of CRM
Save/Update Settings
(The new field will now appear in your lead details information. This data can also be exported... or will be reflected when importing from a CSV file with corroborating information.)
