To turn an agent on or off in lead roatation in your CRM, find your name in the upper right hand corner, click the downward facing arrow to open the menu, and then choose Profile.
When the Profile screen opens, click the Agents tab to display a list of your agents.
Find your agent on the list and click the button.
Select the checkbox next to Lead Rotation (On/Off) to turn an agent on or off in the lead rotation. A blue mark in the box () means the agent is turned on and the word On will appear in green to the right of the checkbox. If the box is empty, the agent is turned off and the word Off will appear in red to the right of the checkbox.
Be sure to click the button to save your settings.
