Enable/Disable SMS Alerts

To enable or disable SMS alerts for new leads in your REfindly CRM, click on your name in the upper right corner of the CRM and choose Profile from the drop-down menu.

The Accounts tab will appear. SMS alerts will be sent to the phone number in the Mobile Phone box, so confirm your mobile phone number is correct in this box.

Toward the bottom of the page you will see SMS Alert (On/Off). To Enable SMS, check the box, and to disable un-check the box.

After you have made your changes, click the button to save your changes.
