Exporting Leads

To export your leads from the REfindly CRM, click on your name in the upper right corner of the CRM and choose Profile from the drop-down menu.

The Accounts tab will appear. On the bottom right of the page you will see a sub navigation, click the Export Leads tab.

If you're an Agent, you will have two options. Export My Leads, which will export all the leads in your CRM. Your second option will be Export All Leads, which you may choose a data range of leads you would like exported.

If you're an Admin, you will have the options above, with the addition of being able to export leads for a specific Agent within your agency.

When you made your selection of what leads you would like to export, click the button. The REfindly CRM will generate a CSV of your leads and you will receive an email with the file attached.
