This FAQ will help you automatically bring in new Trulia leads into the CRM.
You can have Trulia leads go directly to a specific agent or into a distribution pool for the agency. To send Trulia leads to an agent, go to http://crm.refindly.com/Profile. There is a Lead Insertion Email under that Agent tab that will look something like firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to send Trulia leads into an agency distribution go to the Agency tab within the profile (The Agency Tab will only be available to brokers within the agency). There is an Inbound Leads email that will look something like email@example.com. Whichever email you chose (to agent or to agency distribution) is the email we will give to Trulia so keep it handy.
Note that any email sent to the addresses above will also forward to the email registered with the CRM. You won't miss out on any emails.
Now, let's head over to Trulia.
Go to http://www.trulia.com/agents/ and login with your credentials. After logging in, hover over your user in the top right and select Manage Profile.
Next, click the Settings button in the top Right.
Click Email Address and Facebook Connect
Enter the Email address for either your agent or the agency and click the Add Email Address button. Trulia needs us to confirm the email address, and that should be completed within a minute or two. So be a little patient, and then refresh the page. After the email is activated for Trulia, select for that email to receive Leads emails. Lastly, click the Update Preferences button.
You are good to go now. Trulia will email us when a new lead comes in and we'll stick it into the CRM for you.
