To change an agent's password in your CRM, find your name in the upper right hand corner, click the downward facing arrow to open the menu, and then choose Profile.
When the Profile screen opens, click the Agents tab to display a list of your agents.
Find your agent on the list and click the button.
When the Agent Profile screen loads, click the Password tab to display the Change your Password screen.
Enter a new password for your agent twice: once in the New Password section and again in the Confirm New Password section.
Be sure to click the button to save your agent's new password.
