Solution

The campaigns can be accessed from the Account -> Subscription section of the site. From here, click the "Edit Subscriptions" button at the bottom of the page.

Click the Remove button to the right of a campaign that you wish to remove. As you have prepaid for the campaigns, they will remain in effect until the next billing cycle.
